Aline Phone Systems Text Message Program Terms and Conditions

By “Opting In” to Aline Phone Systems Text Message Program you accept these Terms and Conditions.

Definitions

“Opting In” and “Opt In” means to request, join, agree to, enroll in, sign up for, acknowledge, or otherwise consent to receive one or more text messages.

Text Message Program includes any communication in which Aline Phone Systems sends (or indicates that it may send or receives a request that it send) one or more text messages to remind you about the group voluntary benefits you may have available.

Aline Phone Systems is the marketing name used by DoubleA Solutions (Home Office, Toledo, OH).

Terms and Conditions

By Opting In, you authorize Aline Phone Systems to send text messages to the cell phone number associated with your Opt In. You confirm that you are the subscriber to the relevant phone number or that you are the customary user of that number on a family or business plan and that you are authorized to Opt In.

As part of the Text Message Program, Aline Phone Systems will send periodic text messages to you as an employee enrolled in one or more of Aline Phone Systems group voluntary products. You will receive messages that include information about sales inquiries, technical support, or promotional reminders. Message frequency is recurring and may vary. Be aware that message and data rates may apply to these text messages. If you terminate your coverage or no longer want to receive these messages, you can Opt-out by texting the word STOP in response. If you need assistance, you can text the word HELP. Note that that mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
