To receive secure remote support from Aline Support, please follow the steps below:

Step 1: Download and Install

After downloading, install the program on your computer.

Step 2: Open AnyViewer

After installation, launch AnyViewer. On the main screen, you will see two pieces of information:

Device ID – a unique number for your computer
Security Code – a temporary code that changes regularly

Step 3: Share Your Details with Aline Support

When you contact our support team, provide your Device ID and Security Code.

Important: Only share this information with an authorized Aline Support Technician. These details allow us to connect securely to your device.

Step 4: Accept the Connection

Once our technician requests access, you will see a prompt on your screen.
Click Accept to allow the connection.
At this point, our technician will be able to see your screen and assist you.
