EXAMPLE 1: A person calling in will ring all phones. If the call is not answered, it goes to voicemail.

EXAMPLE 2: A person calling in has three options, press 1 to talk to sales and press 2 to talk to support. Support rings a queue with Alex and Jade and then goes to Support Voicemail.
