This feature is made possible when the inbound phone number matches the phone number within the customer’s profile. Also, in Zoho, call recordings can be posted inside each customer’s profile. This gives the user the ability to reference a prior call at any time. Plus, all calls can be automatically time and date stamped for history and reporting purposes.
