Toledo, OH – After much anticipation, Aline Phone Systems has finished its integration into Bullhorn’s Applicant Tracking System (ATS). With Aline’s integration, Bullhorn users have access to exclusive functionality. While working inside Bullhorn, all call recordings can be automatically posted for a quick reference. By accessing the call recording on-demand, Bullhorn users can find missing information from a prior call or managers can listen to them for employee coaching and training. Also, all calls are automatically time and date stamped within Bullhorn for reporting purposes. This eliminates human error and maintains reporting accuracy.
The final feature of the integration is call popup. Call popup allows the Bullhorn user to know exactly who’s calling through phone number recognition. This gives Bullhorn users the foresight to prepare for an enjoyable customer experience with someone they have spoken to prior.
